    I'm writing this based on an experience on a Saturday evening several weeks ago (in January).  

    We stopped in because I was dying for a chocolate munchkin (my favorite and I hadn't had them in so long)!  

    Turns out that due to the hour, they were all sold out, but did have a few of those pre-made cups of them available at the register.  

    I settled for one of those, as I like the glazed ones too, and the guy working gave me an extra one for free to make up for their lack of product!  

    It was a nice gesture, the device was decent, and the only reason I'm not giving them a higher score is because they were out of what I came in for.  

    Other than that, they weren't that bad (based on other Duncan's I've been to previously).

    This is probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. They fail to make the drinks how you ask them too. I even tried online ordering and the drink was still horrible. Coffee tastes burnt all the time. What is so hard about light and sweet.. Also customer service is not great at all. They have no clue what they are doing I'm so disappointed because this is the closest to my job now I have to look for another one.

    Asked for a Ice coffee light and sweet and got coffee that look like it barely had anything in it. Very watery and not sweet at all.

    Please keep the homeless out! They take up the tables for hours and smell like pee! Nauseous to the point I walked out. Isn't there a sign that says 30 minutes only? Can't even enjoy a coffee and talk with a friend. Please enforce

    We order before it got busy and the people who ordered after us were getting their orders before us. Waited longer than I should have, I finally got my ice mocha and it did not taste like the usual typical ice mocha, it tasted more like tea with milk!!! Was very upset since I've been craving one
